Take legal action against the collection agency for failing to validate or respond?

Here is my question. I did a lot Research collection agencies because I am having a problem with one now. I discovered a collection agency on my credit report on a debt that I do not think mine. I wrote them disputing the debt and asked for any form of validation clairify it really mine. They refused to answer. 1) The collection agency has refused to show the debt in dispute on my credit report which is a violation 2) they refuse to answer to one of my four letters requesting any form of validation showing mine and not someone else. I played with offices Credit validated and returned, and yet they will not respond to my request. Is this right? If I continue and win is a victory in court enough to also this removed from my credit file? Because in the end, that's all I really want. If not, how can you take that away they will not respond??? Help anyone

Send them an extra letter (see example) certified / return receipt requested. If they fail to meet again, send a copy of the letter of validation, and a copy of your credit report highlighting the entry you want derogatroy removed (send certified / return receipt). This letter lists the model codes USC relating to your legal rights. Hope this helps. I used this form of letter several times and still get results. It informs the creditor that you not only know your legal rights, you know how to complain against them. The account in question listed as an installment account with (name of the original creditor) open (insert date) and indicates an initial balance of (amount) is now under way shows that due account collection with outstanding amount of (amount) from (insert date). Unless legal proof and verification can be demonstrated, I beg you to remove the derogatory entry in any evaluation credit agencies that may list this debt (and any other agency that you filed with) immediately to avoid any legal action possible in my name under 15 USC § 1692k.
