in MS Access 2007, which only way I can open and edit entries in tables and others can only make entries.?

I made a database.with a form to input. I hid the navigation buttons in the form. This database is for my shop. if I want when I'm not at the store, the cashier should not open the table and edit entries. So tell me the way with which I can open and edit entries not someone else at the shop. also tell me, I think he can again show the navigation buttons across the opening the form in Design view (if smart) and I do not want to take risks. So tell me plz plz its solution plzzzzzzzzzzz

you must separate database application (and protect mdb with password), the coding of the client interface using VB for example. Note: pirates mdb password are easy to find on the web.
