How do I find someone to create business forms and PDF documents for us?

I'm looking for someone to help designing and producing business forms for our PDF society. I want to use Adobe LiveCycle / Acrobat format for forms. We also want create a multi-page PDF introduction to the services of our company. Where can I find such a person or company to hire? -Thanks.
