History of SharePoint
SharePoint started as Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) in 2003, which was included as a free add-on for Windows Server 2003 OS product. 1. A new employer must apply for a new employee for copmplete a form P46, if the employee has no P45. Form P46 is used for contact information employees and should be sent to the local PAYE tax office on housing starts employment. If the employee has ticked the box A or B, the employer may withhold the P46 until the new employee earnings reach the lower earnings limit.

2. Forms P45 is organized into four parts, Part 1 is retained by the issuing employer and employee retains part 1A and the parties must submit 2 and 3 for the new employer. The new employer can not use the P45 tax data unless both parties have been given. If either party 2 or 3 of Form P45 is missing then the employee must be encouraged to complete the Inland Revenue form P46.

3. The employer keep details of the part 2 and the entry of the employee and previous earnings, tax deducted and tax code in registers PAYE. Part 3 is sent to the office of the PAYE tax

4. A new employee may hand an employer two P45 forms in this case, send Part 3 both in the office of the PAYE tax and use the P45 tax form showing the highest remuneration for the PAYE records. If the employer does not know contact the PAYE tax office for advice.

5. HMRC tax office issue a P6 form after form receiiving P46, which advises employers that the tax code should be used. If the employee produces a P45 late, but received before receiving the p6 HMRC an employer must use the tax code, earnings and taxes paid to date as shown on the P45, providing the form contains a leaving date in the year underway. If the P6 form has already been received from the tax office then the P45 is irrelevant, filed and ignored for tax purposes.

6. If there is a time difference between the departure date and new start date of the date of the first pay rise in May to a tax refund. It is important to verify income tax deducted earlier was correct. The employer should consider whether the employee has received a P45 wage since the departure date if there was other income, for example, the employee may have been registered unemployed and received social security payments which would reduce the tax refund requested and social services would be given to P45 days showing the cumulative earnings to date.

7. If the departure date is different to the week or month number shown on the P45 tax is calculated using this issue of the week or month for your employer PAYE records but also check that the income tax withheld is correct.

8. When a employee is paid by a new employer in the same pay period as the previous employer, what can happen if a previous employer paid weekly and monthly new employer, the tax deducted may well be higher than normal due to the previous employer taking already account the employee personal allowance.

9. There are circumstances where a tax code different from that indicated on the form May be applicable. If the P45 was dated before September 7, 2008 and joined the staff after September 7th add 60 of the tax code ending with the suffix tax code L. For example 543L would be changed to 603L. No change is required if the P45 was dated after September 7, 2008.

If the employees P45 is from the previous fiscal year, the more use the tax code stated that employee should also be placed on the emergency code, week, month, a title using the 543L tax code before September 7 and 603L after.

10. Forms can P45 be taxed PAYE Online Office provided that the employer is registered with HMRC to the PAYE forms online. HMRC provide free services back online, and online presentations.
