Towers issue of construction Twin?

years, a family member who worked in one of the WTC buildings remember particular workers in welding and drilling of walls and do all kinds of repairs, office workers never saw them, but they said they could feel and hear the noise and the shape of welding fume. I think it's the late 70s. I saw a documentary or show how some buildings were not constructed properly and they had to make repairs after construction, but has been for other buildings. Was WTC buildings as poorly constructed first, and went later? I'm not conspire about anyting. My question is from someone first hand who worked in the main building three days after its opening. The repairs soon after, and then for a while. I am not a monster 911 if that is what you ask, I ask a legitimate question.

No building is "maintenance free" and given the size of towers, I doubt you could interpret the ongoing work within earshot of your friend to be indicative of a need to work throughout the structure. such assumptions and illogical leaps tend to leave significant gaps in the reasoning which are always full of new assumptions, opinions and personal fantasy pure and simple. Thus the conspiracy theories began.
