irs forms address change

will my tax return forward to my new apartment if the address is the same bu the apt number is different?
I all ready filled out a change of address form, i called the post office and was told yes but i have one person saying yes another saying no.
I did have it direct deposited but stupid me gave the irs the wrong account number..
The USPS will forward tax refund checks in nearly all cases. The only time that they are not forwarded is if the outer envelope is marked “Do Not Forward” (tax refund envelopes are NOT marked that way) or of the local Postmaster has identified a significant local mail fraud problem with false forwarding orders. If your local Post Office said that it will be forwarded, it will be forwarded.
It’s a widely held misconception that tax refunds (and W-2s, etc.) are not forwarded but it’s not true. I’ve had many tax refund checks forwarded due to numerous moves while in the military, most of which involved civilian addresses.

I’m in the process of applying for Nonprofit status, but until then…?
I was wondering if I could set up a paypal donation button on a website for my future animal shelter once I open a business bank account? I would definitely keep files on donations, but as of now, I do not have nonprofit status. I’m collecting the forms, and within 15 months of obtaining a business license, I will file the 501c3. But can I accept donations before completion?
Unless you have an an employer ID number, and approved 501c3 tax-exempt status with the IRS, all donations are liable for tax . You can accept donations , but they are taxable !!

The Forms $12.78 Nearly four years after their debut album, Icarus, the Forms return with the far superior self-titled follow-up. Again working with Steve Albini, the Brooklyn-based quartet moves far beyond the chilly, slightly pretentious post-rock of 2003′s Icarus. The Forms is much more song-based and melodic than its sketchier predecessor, with a new emphasis on structure and tunes. The album is still a moody and impressionistic affair that favors sensuality over literal meaning — lead singer Alex Tween’s vocals are buried so deep in the mix he often might as well not be singing in English — but songs like “Transmission,” “Getting It Back,” and “Knowledge in Hand” are far easier to grasp than anything on the Forms’ debut. Even the less direct material, like “Focus” and “Oberlin,” two brief songs that are more like evocative soundscapes than fully fleshed-out pop songs, feels more precisely put together. Experimental without losing its accessibility, The Forms is an excellent example of how to make a smart, compelling indie rock album without getting lost in the weeds of artsy meaninglessness. ~ Stewart Mason, Rovi |
