What is the best form of free advertising other than word of mouth?
I am starting a handyman business style and I also design some Indoor / kitchen planning. What is the best form of advertising for free or minimal cost.
PR. Getting some thing you can get a newspaper article about you and I do not want to rob a bank. That is the wrong type of PR. Teach a class handyman for the elderly or Women free at the YMCA or library. Send a press release. See if the local newspaper, a weekly wants to ask the handyman column. Write a couple of items to show them what you can do. The little "free" papers are probably easier to start.

How do I complete an application sent in pdf format. And fax it when I'm not a fax machine?
I have a pc. Forms sent pdf format. Can you reformat them so they can be filled to say Microsoft works, then configure the computer to fax them?
It depends on the security settings on the pdf .. That does not sound like. Pdf is setup as a form, you can edit directly. So I guess the pdf file. Printing alone. If this happens, you'll probably need to print the form, fill it, then scan the form into the computer. Once it is digitized, you can send the scanned image fax via the print menu (fax should be listed as an optional printer). You can create a cover page … I assume that your PC fax features and you have a scanner … If the pdf. is indeed limited to printing and you do not have a scanner, then it is probably easier to jump over a Kinkos and use their fax. If you do not have a fax installed on your computer, there are other options such as fax via messaging services such as myfax.com and efax.com. It may be options other software too, but they may cost (ie the full version of Acrobat with unlocked. pdf). I've never tried a conversion utility for.pdf, but I'm assuming that some those around them as well. Hope this helps, or at least give you some ideas …

The AFP format – short for Advanced Function Presentation (Printing) – was developed by IBM in 1984 for high speed, high-volume production digital printing, central systems. This architecture print stream is a "presentation" format, designed to be to put on a variety of devices. The initial implementation was a laser printer paper, so it became known as the data print stream. As high-quality PC graphics display is available now, IBM has developed a PC to turn off the flow of data to AFP PC display, and the AFP Viewer is born. The first program IBM has been very costly and did not run on OS / 2, see therefore been limited. As Sales other countries developed the viewers and make free copies available or demonstration, the AFP viewer became more popular. In This article is a brief overview of the costs (and trial versions) Attendance AFP that I found and used.
There are two types of viewers AFP that the stand-a-single, a comprehensive program that has many features and functions similarly to the controller in a printer AFP. The other is a plug-in viewer that "plug-in for your browser, like Internet Explorer or Firefox Mozllia. This guy has less functionality and acts as an interpreter of the data to AFP.
There are a number of free software AFP, I provided a list here and use Google "AFP users, provide the current URL for each.

All viewers take the AFP data stream and interpret AFP these pixel data for display on your monitor. Normally, this data is converted to "points" to be printed by the printer paper. The only other way to "view" AFP is a file and print it on several occasions that in a production environment is costly and time consuming. The other option is to convert data in AFP format desktop printer top, such as PostScript or PDF and in many cases, the format of the original data is altered in the conversion process and policies may be changed. The best solution is to display data from the AFP in form of original file with AFP Viewer.
