The way to a form. Net "draggable" is to use high-events. More precisely, we need events MouseDown and MouseMove. Note that this method no external API calls are needed. This is because when the clicks of the mouse to drag the window she never leaves the area of the window because it is clicked down! This behavior makes it extremely easy to reproduce.

The algorithm for do this is:

1) On MouseDown event of the form (or perhaps any other control), the current cursor position store (compared screen) in a field. (A field is a variable outside the context of the current function, in this case the event function). For the position cursor, it is easier to create a point with coordinates (eX, eY).

2) Our point of reference in place, currently being up the MouseMove event. The function should first check that the mouse is held down, then drag the Form the position of the difference between the baseline and the current cursor position. Huh? Here:

this.Left + = (ex – referencePoint.X);

this.Right + = (EY – ReferencePoint.Y);

Remember that negative is to add the subtraction, so the code will work no matter what direction the mouse moves.

What's the point of that? The possibilities are endless, really, but the most common use of the case for windows with no title bar to begin. One thing I will say, however, you must write algorithm on each MouseDown event MouseMove and any controller that is to behave as a title bar.

Professional ASP.NET MVC 1.0 (Wrox Programmer to Programmer)

$7.99

The ASP.NET MVC framework is designed from the ground up with certain core principles in mind-extensibility, testability, and separation of concerns. The framework adds various conventions into the mix to help drive developers into the “Pit of Success,” providing for a streamlined development experience that fits the way the web works. For developers who like to peel away layers of abstraction and get their hands closer to the metal, the ASP.NET MVC framework might be for you. For developers who are extremely particular about how their frameworks should be put together, ASP.NET MVC is also extremely extensible, allowing nearly any part of it to be customized or even swapped out entirely in favor of something that fits the developer’s own tastes. Written by members of the ASP.NET team, expert Scott Guthrie starts you out with an end-to-end walk-through, showing you how to build an application. You’ll then delve into basic concepts and the history of the Model-View-Controller (MVC), and quickly transition to learning how the ASP.NET MVC pattern implements those concepts. You’ll explore controllers and views and examine the roles that AJAX and URLs play in your applications while the book demonstrates the myriad ways in which you can extend ASP.NET MVC. As you go through the book, you’ll come to understand the mind-shift that is required when making the change from traditional ASP.NET Web Forms development to ASP.NET MVC and the many benefits that exist once that change is made.

Most NGOs (non governmental) donÂ't understand these important aspects of a successful website. Even many governmental organizations (GOs) could improve their sites by following these tips.

1. Everything must be seen and appreciated by the visitor's eyes: "Whats in for me" as the main reference for a website. It is on the copy and content that never led to members or non-members: "You find …." is better and more welcoming statement to the home page, that: "We are the leading organization of ……"

2. Most Internet visitors are looking for information, please to provide this.

3. Focus on content themes, because it gives you an easier way to research positions in attractive top search engines and main to be included in some directories (Google, MSN, Ask Jeeves, Yahoo, Open Directory, AltaVista, etc..) Site-Build-It is probably the best approach to meet this requirement.

4. Make navigation easy and transparent on all pages.

5. Having a search engine, the best on all pages. href = "http://www.FreeFind.com"> Http: / / www.FreeFind.com offers a free and useful service. I use it on a number of websites, for example on the picture: http://www.azfotos.com.
In addition to the search tool for the visitor it gives an account of what people were actually searched.
This way, you can prioritize the commands available to people your website when you edit your pages. Google also offers a search box, but only with the pages they have indexed, and you can not get any record of research.

6. Try to organize the content of your website quite "flat", which means that the visitor does not to dig too deep into your web site to find what he sought after. Most visitors will at best have to go further in depth than 3rd level. It's the same with "spidering" bots of search engines.

7. Ask your contact information visible on your home page (first page), including address, telephone, fax, email, may still giro, bank account etc. – everything to make it easier for people to find the type of information they need about your organization. Avoid writing the e-mail, use a script to hide harvesters e-mail and spammers.

8. Make it easy for visitors to find information about people, their phone numbers and email address and maintain. Do the same for departments of the organization.

9. Keep each resource in one place and make numerous links to around on other pages ..

10. Make it visible when you have added new elements on the site.

11. Make your site and SIMPLE fast loading. Avoid heavy graphics, flash movies, etc. They will not help your visitors, but only help them click away. If you use graphics, you have to optimize for the smallest amount of file size. GifBot, http://www.netmechanic.com/GIFBot/optimize-graphic.htm May do so free online. Otherwise use one of the changes of images, programs available with the function as the image Â'publish weba.

12. Keep copies of your website such as the use of a short paragraph for each new line in 4th. Making chips. files.

13. Manage to have at least your entrance page with a simple domain name such as target = "_new" rel = "nofollow" href = "http://www.iucn.org"> http://www.iucn.org or http://www.ensi.org or http://www.nature.org

14. It is not enough to have a virtual address having a good domain name on the Internet intuitive. You also have to be registered properly in search engines and directories. The best way is to have other important sites link to your site. In some months your site will be taken by the spiders of search engines. For directories, it is preferable to do manually, start with dmoz.org and yahoo.com

15. Make it easy for people to link to you. Give them a variety of text links, banners and logos, with simple instructions concerning the html code.

16. Encourage your visitors to your favorites.

17. Exchange links with other relevant organizations. Include your important keywords in your link text you ask them to use.

Implement these 17 tips and a half years, you'll have many more visitors and they will be much happier back on the website of your organizationa's.
