Is there free help to get divorce papers filed?
Am disabled and recently moved to California. I try to obtain a legal separation and custody of my children. I made my wife a year ago having sex with different men, she was meeting on the Internet. She abandoned the family several times to pursue these sexual encounters. When I finally found out about all this, she sveral alleged mental disorders and needed help. I tried to find help for her and reconcile our marriage, but it did wrong. She was diagnosed with various mental disorders and taking anti-psychotics, including. She now lives with his parents and attempting to gain custody of our children by using her parents for money to hire a lawyer. I am on Social Security and can not afford a lawyer. I have proof it is and was mentally unstable for the past two years. I have tried legal aid but they just give you forms to complete. I do not know how to complete these forms. I live in Madera CA. Can anyone help?
When I divorced, I 19 years and had no money or employment. I used all the legal aid I could find in telephone directories. there are places that will give you free legal aid and there are places that can help you with financial assistance for this process, just look in the yellow pages, I know they give you forms to complete, but there are people who can help you do. Separation Agreements – contemporary marriage and family relationships are formed and maintained in an environment of more choice in how people can live their lives than was possible for past generations. The social environment of marriage now includes the legal recognition a variety of personal relationships and sexual behavior, eliminating the social stigma of illegitimacy and divorce, availability of effective contraception, the enactment of legislation against sex discrimination to provide women equal access to education and employment opportunities and availability of financial support to single parenthood.
Several methodological problems and issues conceptual warrant a brief mention. First, while the survey design can detect associations between the main reason given for dissolution of marriage and other factors, it can not determine the meaning of these associations – namely, causality. Therefore, no claim can be made that certain factors lead to the dissolution of marriage or vice versa.
Secondly, as the object of the study was transitional post-segregation and its consequences, it did not examine how the quality and stability of marriages may change over time, consideration important in developing early intervention strategies to prevent the breakdown of marriage.
Third, because respondents were invited to nominate only the main reason for their divorce from a checklist of pre-coded, there was no ability to analyze responses cluster into several thematic dimensions that could further highlight the many son degradation perceived marriage.
